"New to the web" person now on her way...
The Agent Seminar that I just took has a lot of information. I understood some
of it but a lot went over my head. I especially like the part about partnering
with other people's web pages. I just don't know how to go about it. I did not
understand some of the terms used, I am like a little child and need to get step-by-step
instructions. I have never had a web page before, I managed to get the basics
started but I don't know how to add the other things, like loan officer's date,
etc. Maybe classes that go slower and let me implement one thing at a time. My
Myers rep has been a great help in getting me to places for training but sometimes
I just don't understand the training or where it takes me next. I can't see where
the normal person surfing the web will ever find my web page. So I agree that
something else has to get them there. Please help and get this "new to the
web" person on her way.

Myers has so much more than any other real estate design and hosting company...
A couple of months ago, while still a client of Myers, another mortgage design
and hosting company made some big promises to me about how I would find their
site better than my Myers site, so I gave them a test drive. I ended up with more
problems than I could have ever imagined. Their secure system was a joke. My customers
couldnt get past the first page on the application. Some of them had to
re-start the application four or five times just to get past the first page! Then
I discovered that the auto-responder was sending out competitor information to
my clients. Someone was robbing leads from my site! Additionally, I had to log
in to a completely different site to access the 1003. When they finally corrected
that problem, I still couldnt edit the 1003 unless I uploaded it first.
Before returning to Myers, I decided to thoroughly research all the other mortgage
design and hosting companies. I found them all to be overpriced or lacking in
tools, efficiency and security. Myers has so much more to offer than anyone else
out there, and their technical staff and professional assistance is far superior.
Other mortgage and hosting companies offer plenty of bells and whistles, along
with flashy animation to capture your attention. My clients want knowledge and
the right tools to assist them in making the most informed decision for them
and their families.
Being back with Myers felt like the first time that I returned home from college.
It felt so good to be in my house, my room, my bed, and my back yard playing
with my dog Kyia, swinging in my swing, and eating my mothers home cooked
meals.
Needless to say, I have returned to Myers and have more than satisfied myself
that I now have the best site and service available in the market. Myers has
an astounding way of doing business.

I was losing customers with my website until I found Myers...
Back when I was first looking for a real estate website, I ended up with a site
from a la mode. After the site went up, I noticed that the APRs being posted
there were totally wrong. I couldnt get anyone at a la mode to even respond
to my requests for help. Then I discovered that a la mode was allowing information
from other competing mortgage companies to be posted on my site and I just could
not believe it!
There were also issues with the 1003. My clients couldnt get it to work
and were frustrated. I finally had a friend test it out and he couldnt get
it to work either. After doing some more testing on my own, I discovered that
the site wouldnt ever even come up when I used a dial-up connection. All
I could get was an hourglass sign that just hung there. I cant
imagine how many customers I must have lost because of that. Customers only give
you one chance and they want fast access. They dont wait around for an hourglass
to go away.
I finally decided that I needed a functional website. So I went with Myers. My
new Myers site is both user-friendly and broker-friendly. With Myers I discovered
what it means to have a true back office instead of some useless system that you
cant really use unless you know how to use HTML. With Myers, I also have
a variety of back office marketing tools, including mail merge. I foresee getting
a lot of business just from my site and look forward to taking the free Myers
classes on building referrals. Thank you, Myers, for showing me what it means
to finally have a good website!

I would recommend Myers Website to any Realtor® looking for a website that
is inexpensive and easy to maintain. To my surprise they had a sample site ready
for me to view in just one day and my actual site was up and running in about
a week. I was looking for a website that I could maintain my self without having
to be a computer genius. Before I found Myers I even considered taking web design
classes, but with Myers templates it's a breeze to design and maintain your own
site. My old webmaster charged a hefty hourly rate for changes and updating. Now
I can make all my own updates and changes for free, and I even get help from the
technical support department when I need to do something special. At Myers they
actually answer the phone and give you personal service. My favorite technician
helped me tweak my site to my satisfaction, which was no easy job. Her patience
and expertise is far more superior than any other support I have ever experienced.
