- Search for rates and Refinance Comparison Modules Lets your potential customers search for rates by answering a few simple questions. The refinance comparison module allows customers to compare their existing loan with loans that are currently available.
- Over 70 rate sheets updated daily. You may display the best rate and programs from your chosen wholesale lenders. The MLP product is very flexible and allows your to change your wholesale lenders at any time.
- Customized Markup You may add points and flat fees to the wholesale prices as a function of loan amount. This is done through an online administrative interface.
- Customized Good Faith Estimate The MLP product includes a Good Faith Estimate creation program that allows you to create a Good Faith Estimate for every state you do business in. Each fee in the Good Faith Estimate can be a fixed amount, based on a formula or a table or can be computed from the wholesale lenders fees.
- Links to "Apply" and "Loan Details" Customers may apply for a specific loan by clicking on the apply link. The Loan Details link gives customers a additional loan details including loan terms, graphical rate projections, as well as a truth in lending disclosure.
